Corporate Construction, Ltd. is a general contractor located in Madison, Wisconsin. Founded in 1975, we have grown from a small contractor, to a major contributor in the construction industry. Our main area of expertise is "big box" retailers, but our experience consists of a vast range of projects including institutional, manufacturing, educational and small office buildings. We can build anything from a 5,000 s.f. office building to a 325,000 s.f. strip mall.

Our projects have taken us throughout the entire state of Wisconsin, as well as reaching into Minnesota, northern Illinois, Iowa and the upper Michigan peninsula.

At Corporate Construction, we strive to surpass any expectations the owner may have of us. We accomplish this by establishing a close working relationship with everyone involved on the project from the owner and architect, to the project manager, the jobsite superintendent, subcontractors and all field personnel. We understand the importance of establishing effective communication during the entire phase of construction and as a result of this, most projects are completed ahead of schedule.

Our employees are also very dedicated to Corporate and this shows by their significant lengths of employment with most jobsite superintendents working with us from a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 27 years; from the day Corporate first opened for business.
